RackTrades (racktrades.com) is a job board. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Job alerts: your email address, and the role and state you pick. Stored with Netlify (our host) and used only to send matching jobs.
RackTrades Weekly: your email address, stored with Brevo (our email provider). You confirm by email before anything is sent (double opt-in).
Employer form: company, name, work email, role, location and plan, used to publish your listing and send an invoice.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, searches on the board and clicks to apply, with an anonymous browser ID. We do not send your name or email to Google.
Applications: we never see them. “Apply” links go to each employer’s own career page, and their privacy policy applies there.
How long we keep it
Alert and Weekly subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Employer form entries are kept for up to 24 months for billing records. Analytics data expires after 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK (GDPR) have these rights by law; we give them to everyone. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
